честно: я сыграл в это нечто и остался доволен единственное меня смутило положение рук(оно не правильное) а так мне очень даже зашло (sorry if you not speak russian and not understand this text)
все в порядке, я воспользовался переводчиком.
Я так рад, что вам понравилась демо-версия. Я не остановлюсь,
пока не сделаю лучшую игру в жанре fps, какую смогу, в efpse.
I hope this translated correctly anyway thank you so much for your kind
words and I will try to play your efpse game soon
Having experimented with EasyFPSEditor myself and also seen many of the other games made with the engine on YouTube, Quartermain is definitely up there as one of the best examples of what the engine can do.
There is a full concept here that is done to the best of its ability using the limitations of EasyFPSEditor.
Level design is well done, giving the player lots of rooms to explore while still being linear enough that you don't get lost. The lack of map was never an issue. Exploration is always rewarded with either large amounts of ammo or secret items to access the 3rd level.
Weapons feel good to shoot, with nice animation and sound effects to match.
View bobbing was a bit annoying (engine problem, not the fault of the developer). Thankfully, the amount of bobbing can be adjusted in the settings, which made the experience much more enjoyable for me. The only issue I really had was that I could not get the game to run in fullscreen.
Overall, Quartermain is a solid small FPS game and one of the best I've seen made in EasyFPSEditor.
Kinda, yeah this is all based on a long running game of pulp cthulth a table top rpg I would play every Saturday with my friends. One of my friends wanted to do a character was just Allan Quartermain from LOEG so he just said this is his less famous cousin Aloysius Quartermain. but to frank he played him so much like Allan it's basically the same character.
fun little demo. cant wait for the full game! i do have some feedback regarding weapons. shotgun fires too fast slowing it down would make it feel more impactful. MP40 could use some recoil as it stands it doesnt feel all that great to use as every other weapon has recoil but not it.
Thank you for taking the time to play my game in response to the clear trouble you were having I have switched the order of the levels and placed more health kits in the mansion the new first level.

THIS GAME IS SO DANG GOOD
Agreed
Какая же классная атмосфера в игре! Сразу нахлынули флешбеки из wolfenstein 3D и call of cthulhu: shadow of the comet.
большое спасибо, я надеюсь, что смогу закончить это к Рождеству, надеюсь, вы сыграете в готовую игру.
one of the best games made with EFPSE, heck its one of the best "2.5D" retro shooters ive played!
thank you so much.
